Welcome to the website of Association of Nigerians in Slovenia, which is officially registered by Nigerian citizens living in Slovenia:

  • To increase recognition of Nigerian and African community in Slovenia,
  • To present Nigerian culture, tradition and way of life,
  • To perform general integration of the Nigerian community in Slovenian society,
  • To encourage unity among Nigerians,
  • To enable better comprehension of the community,
  • To participate in cultural and intercultural activities and
  • To focus on possible violations of human rights and to call for tolerance
  • To keep the community clearly and reliably informed about Nigeria and its people.
  • To work cooperatively with public and private agencies, businesses, and community organizations through exchange of ideas on issues of interest to ANS/DNS members and the community.
  • promotes peace and unity through sports and give oppurtunity through which people from diverse background can participate, develop skills and learn through cultural and educational activities.
  • promotes tolerance, diversity, social inclusion, integration and campaign for a society free of discrimination.
